💼 Overview

We are seeking a Product Evangelist at Exasol to be the voice of the world’s most powerful analytics engine.

Are you a database professional who loves telling stories, coding live, and connecting with data scientists and engineers around the world? In this role, you will help global enterprises unlock analytics superpowers at warp speed and at a fraction of the cost.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Craft binge-worthy videos, technical blogs, hands-on tutorials, and social content that inspires data scientists and engineers to push the limits of analytics.

• Demo Exasol’s lightning-fast analytics engine at meetups, webinars, and conferences. Make complex workloads look easy and show how Exasol removes performance bottlenecks without breaking the bank.

• Spark conversations in online communities such as GitHub, Slack, and Reddit, and turn audience questions into content that solves real-world pain points.

• Build prototypes and real solutions such as AI/ML, BI, hybrid deployments, and more. Demonstrate how Exasol fits seamlessly into modern data stacks across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

• Channel community feedback directly to Product and Engineering teams, helping shape better features for the world’s most demanding data teams.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developer advocacy, data engineering, or product marketing for analytics, BI, or database technologies.

• Deep hands-on knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or R.

• Passion for producing clear, engaging written and video content, along with the confidence to present live and answer technical questions on the fly.

• An extroverted, community-first mindset, with enthusiasm for connecting with developers and data professionals both online and in person.

• Experience with modern analytics, data warehousing, or AI/ML enablement is a strong plus.

📆 A Day in the Life

In this role, you might start your day preparing technical content or tutorials that showcase how Exasol solves complex analytics challenges. Later, you could be presenting a live demo during a webinar or interacting with developers in online communities, answering questions and gathering feedback.

You may also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share insights from the community and build prototype solutions that demonstrate how Exasol integrates into modern data architectures.
